Absolutely! If for any reason you need to postpone or cancel our cleaning services, we understand. You can postpone or cancel your appointment FREE of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Should changes be made later, a $70 fee is charged as it becomes challenging to allocate your slot to another client on such short notice, same cancellation fee applies if the cleaners were locked out and weren't able to access the property after arrival.
